You continue to search for any sign of a note left by your parents. Suddenly, your eyes land upon a card on the sill of the fireplace. It's a card with a cat on it. The cat is smiling with a human-like mouth, in a silly manner. You read the card. It says, "Hello!" It is in your parents' handwriting. "We had to leave in a hurry, but don't worry, everything is ok. Please make yourself some dinner. We'll be back by dusk. P.S. Please take the trash out today." It is already dusk and you are starting to worry. Also, they know that the trash doesn't go out until Thursday, so you begin to wonder if this note has a hidden message in it. You want to rush out and find your parents immediately, but you also know that it is probably futile in the dark.
